I have wondered if doing jumping jacks or jumping rope would help with conditioning for this particular step. I have noticed with other dancers like Skye, he gets very high in his step when he does these. Where do you get your inspiration for your movement? Parts of this looks like the routine that I sometimes see
with two dancers where one kicks between the legs of the other who is doing the mirror of the same steps. I think it is an Al Minns
step but I have not found the reference. Are you completely improvising?

Things I notice:
1. I still am not picking up my feet at every step. Sometimes but not always.
2. Less in this video but my right ankle I strained it very badly a few years back so I definitely need to strengthen it I can see it in these movements.
