We have a new lesson from the vault up on our YouTube page! A Pass from a cross-handed hold is fairly basic, yet we offer some thoughts on how to make the move crystal clear and easy to achieve. Even though this a common move (or exactly because it’s a common move) students will often times skip over some fundamental elements when doing this move, missing out on the beauty of it’s simplicity.
