Connecting with drums is paramount in jazz – I presume it is even more important in dancing. The advantage of drums alone vs e.g. backup tracks is that you can stop and resume your solo (or dance routine) at any point – no need to rewind the track. Eventually I play along the backup track (or record my own backup) but first step is with drums only. Michael Jagger January 8, 2020 at 11:01 am - ReplyHi Tom,Thanks for the app recommendation. I use Pro Metronome for all my beat needs, but I’ll check yours out too.Leave A Comment Cancel replyComment Save my name, email, and website in this browser for the next time I comment.
